Vision with action makes a powerful reality. A fantastic example of this aspect is the holistic vision of great Christian Missionaries that gave birth to the spectacular educational venture “NIRMALA” in the heart of Muvattupuzha. The journey started in the year 1961.

This School is the cradle of wisdom around which those who seek knowledge will grow and prosper. Numerous students of Nirmala have been rendering fruitful services all over the world in every sphere of life. The alumni spread across the globe have made their alma mater proud in every way through their scintillating achievements and boundless services.

On the Golden Jubilee celebrations in 2011, a nostalgic reunion of alumni decided to give rise to an official group NAAM (Nirmala Alumni Association Muvattupuzha). Other batches of alumni followed the same, forming their respective groups under NAAM and are rendering services to the needy in the society. The days of Nirmala were recorded forever in the minds of the students of this great institution.

The NAAM mainly supports the Nirmala School’s efforts to impart social, cultural, curricular and moral activities, inculcate the value of sharing in children, and make them leaders of tomorrow.

Currently, NAAM is a registered trust with overwhelming co-operation and support. All students who studied in Nirmala is primarily a member. It is indeed an excellent opportunity for the alumni of Nirmala to be a member of their association and continue serving society in all possible ways.
